The RingMaster

He speaks with sarcasm,
but laces his words with honey
His intentions ostensibly are crystal
but thoughts like wine from Bristol.

He's agressive as a wolf
his assault,deadly as a bear
causes greivious mental injury
one that pulls you into despair

He calls up at night , assigns work as he is the king
To boss, no soul dare oppose
to his tunes like a canary I sing
response to RFP I'm asked to propose.

Midnight Thoughts

Nothing better stands the test of time
It does not cost a penny or dime
its sweet like sugar and sour like lime
Love is a feeling not a crime.

A dream of her and me together
Wax and wick, a candle together
Both of us in the arms of each other
Heart and soul, in love forever.

For the woman I love
I searched my whole life
I know now I have found her
Because I made her my wife

Subbu & Banu - A match heaven sent

Love ruled the day when the angels came to meet
Sweeping them up and off of their feet
Neither of them knowing what the future would bring
Two hearts together and one diamond ring
Today it’s a promise, so sweet and so pure
Together forever, for love shall endure

A blessing from above, this story is told
A love to last a lifetime and a hand to hold
It was no accident that this came to be
Now you must realize that it really takes three
So, go hand and hand to a future unknown
Knowing that with the god, you will never be alone

With the angels still near and dear to the heart
This couple shall prosper and never grow apart
For it’s not always the eye that is the first to see
What really matters in life and what is meant to be
So remember that to love is time well spent
And what brought you two together was heaven sent

Moment called love

We sat side by side in the morning light
And looked out at the future together
We saw it coming out of the clouds
And warming our souls
Time passed by, and till dusk we sat,
Staring out at the open sky
We wanted the moment to last forever,
The moment called LOVE.

Plagiarism at its best.

I'm not writing my words here... This is plagiarism at its best.. but this ones one of my favourite songs... When I'm in the right mood :-).
The song's called " The Scientist" by Coldplay.

Come up to meet you, tell you I'm sorry
You don't know how lovely you are.
I had to find you, tell you I need you,
Tell you I set you apart.

Tell me your secrets and ask me your questions,
Oh lets go back to the start.
Running in circles, Comin' in tails
Heads on a science apart.

Nobody said it was easy,
It's such a shame for us to part.
Nobody said it was easy,
No one ever said it would be this hard.

Oh take me back to the start.

I was just guessin' at numbers and figures,
Pulling the puzzles apart.
Questions of science, science and progress
Do not speak as loud as my heart.

And tell me you love me, come back and haunt me
Oh and I rush to the start.
Runnin' in circles, Chasin' tails
Comin' back as we are

Nobody said it was easy,
Oh it's such a shame for us to part.
Nobody said it was easy,
No one ever said it would be so hard.

I'm goin' back to the start.

3 Years is a long time

Its been almost 3 years since i posted anything on my blog.
Wasnt very punctual earlier either. But not even logging in to your own blog in 3 years takes away the meaning of the word "BLOG".
To write with a fresh mind is one thing to write at the end of the day is another. Posting at daybreak without having gone to sleep the previous night is a whole new story.
Well this is just the begenning and I have the feeling that I'm back in the game.
If you're reading this post you're in for some dissappointment coz I'm not doing anything just dozing off. :)

Wish you were here

I dig my toes into the sand,
feel its warmth with the cold breeze.
I see the waves rising above me, high
sending a chill down through my spine.

The sky resembles a backlit canopy,
with holes punched in,
I signal those beyond the holes
with my words etched into the sand.
Wish you were here.

The coming wind roars loud,
I still lean against it,
pretend that I'm weightless,
its this moment, I'm happy
and wish you were here.

On my board over the waves,
Maybe I should take care,
My hands in the air,
signalling, Wish you were here.

I'm the king here,
not a dead man in his shroud.
The world elsewhere is a mess,
where I'm lost in a crowd.
I'm happy you're not there.
